Salary / Pay Rate / Compensation : $25 / hr

Shift : 8 : 30am-4 : 30pm Monday - Friday with overtime as needed

What’s a typical day as a Customer Service / Order Processing Associate? You’ll be :

• Responsible for entering orders / data and managing customer service issues
• Supporting the sales department and assisting accounting with basic bookkeeping tasks
• Interacting with customers to document and resolve complaints and issues
• Managing freight billing and credit card analysis
• Managing customer websites / portals

This job might be an outstanding fit if you :

• Have 3-5 years of customer service experience
• Have experience with order entry and customs / shipping documentation
• Are experienced with Microsoft Office, Word, and Excel
• Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and a high level of customer service
• Are proactive with excellent organizational and follow-up skills
• Have a professional phone demeanor and communication skills
• Have 1-2 years of accounting experience or an Associate degree (a plus)
